TERMS OF SERVICE

1. About us. This website is operated by Nichoir Ltd. , United Kingdom. Contact: info@nichoiratelier.com

2. Orders. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 and that the details you provide are accurate. An order is accepted when we send you a dispatch or production confirmation, not when you place it.

3. Prices and payment. Prices are in pounds sterling (£) [and we are not currently VAT registered]. We may correct pricing or description errors, in which case we will contact you and offer you the choice to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund.

4. Product descriptions. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Our pieces are made in small batches, and small differences in finish are part of the craftsmanship.

5. Made-to-order and bespoke items. Production times are estimates. Bespoke orders are subject to the terms in our Refund and Return Policy and must be agreed with us in writing.

6. Returns and refunds. These are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Right to cancel. We may cancel an order, in rare cases, if it can’t be fulfilled as planned (for example a stock or production issue, a pricing error, or a payment problem). You will be notified and receive a full refund.

8. Intellectual property. All designs, images, text and branding on this website belong to Nichoir Limited  and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Liability. We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price of the item ordered.

10. Privacy. We use your personal data only to process your orders and communicate with you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in another part of the UK, you keep the rights granted by the law where you live.

12. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your order apply to that order.
